Nothing is precooked here. We cook everything fresh to order and we do it by using high heat woks reaching up to 600 degrees for that ultimate char you can taste.

We hand cut all produce that comes in fresh every other day from our suppliers. Nothing is canned and even our market veggies are always changing based on seasons.
